Château Fontenille Blanc 2007 – French white wine
Château Fontenille Blanc 2007
In April 1989, Stephane Defraine bought Château de Fontenille with the help of some friends. Having worked for 10 years in different properties in the Bordeaux area, he then decided to manage Fontenille. His objective was to create good quality wines in the 3 appellations, Bordeaux rouge, Entre-Deux-Mers and Bordeaux Clairet.
“Exceptional white wine that goes well with fish and sea shells. A fresh and fruity wine, with a light acidity. It’s a bursting proof of the new quality of the Entre-deux-Mers whites.”
