Pouilly-Fumé 2007 – French white wine
The vineyard is spread over some 8 kms, on the slopes of the sunny and sheltered hills bordering on to the right bank of the Loire. Seven “communes” can be found in this region, the rich soil of which is specially suitable for vine growing and where an ideal exposure ensures a perfect ripeness of the grapes.
The Pouilly-Fume 2007 is a very representative style of Pouilly-Fume. Identified by its typical mineral kind of aromas, it is a great « food wine. Elegant, rich perfectly balanced.
